Things to cook with Gouda cheese?

Hello,

I bought some of this for the breakfast quiches by Pau and I liked it. I just wandered if you all could give me some really good recipes to incorporate this cheese with.

I'm not sure of the carb count, but IGourmet.com has a recipe for Smoked Gouda and Applewood Smoked Bacon stuffed pork chops.

Have you tried Google? Gouda is delicous.
