Mayo Recipe Please

Ok, by now I'm sure some of you have heard my rants at the inability to buy mayo with no sugar in it here in Canada.

So, I looked online for recipes and there are sooo many variations. I would like to make one using the whole egg and not just the yokes. Does anyone have a good Atkins friendly homemade mayo recipe to share.

If the recipe calls for sugar, just substitute the sugar for an equivalent amount of sweetener or leave it out completely.

Cooked Mayonnaise (useful if you cannot eat raw eggs)
