I like to experiment with making my own protein bars/Snack bars.
Does anybody have an idea/Recipe for how to hold your bar together?
(Replacing sugar/Syrup that binds the regular candy bars)
If you freeze, you obviously get a firm product, but how to achieve this
at room temperature? Thanx for any tips!
