grease the tin
meat of choice in bottom of tin (ham, cooked sausage or bacon, whatever)
crack one egg per muffin
bake at 350.
I also added mushrooms, onion, etc etc to my muffins. you can scramble the eggs up prior to dumping in the tin too if you prefer. I just put one per hole and broke the yolk.

Lol you are right, it is.
I first dismissed these because they have sooo much cheese in them but now I realize that you wouldn't actually eat them all at once or shouldn't, so it's not so bad really.
I have to laugh at how silly I am
Date to reach goal: I don't care, as long as it happens :P
I made some last night.
I scrambled 12 eggs
Shredded Cheese
Red Pepper
and Bacon
I greased the muffin tin, divided it evenly in the 12 tins (one egg per tin), and popped it in the oven for 10 minutes, until it got big and puffy. You can add whatever you like. Next time I may do Spinach, fetta cheese, and tomato...Mmmm, that sounds yummy!!!
