  • Tinned tuna

I have ten cans of this in my cupboard so I need help.

All I can think to do with tuna is mash it up in mayonnaise and chopped red capsicum.

There must be other things to do with it.

    Any induction-friendly ideas please?

    Re: Tinned tuna

One thing I like is to mix up a can of tuna, some mayo, some broccoli, some shredded chedder cheese and some bacon bits. Sometimes I add some dill or other herbs or use a little ranch or blue cheese dressing mixed in.

Try adding an egg, onion, crushed pork rinds, salt and pepper and deep fry on both sides.

Pretty yummy for tuna and definitely a step away from the ordinary tuna salad.

I mix a can of tuna with an egg and any flavouring you like and make 2 burgers with it - I use a George Foreman grill - it helsp squish it altogether.

After induction adding in kidney beans or sweetcorn is nice with this also.

I like to mix tuna a small amount of onions and cheese and stuff it into the bottom half of a green pepper. I bake it at 350 for about 25 minutes. Its a tuna melt/stuffed pepper.
