Looking at ingredients for one recipe I see you will have to do a lot of substituting to get a similar taste so it might be better to invent a new recipe rather than adapt.

    12 ounces uncooked shortcrust pastry
1.5 tins condensed milk (13.5 ounces each)
    1.5 pounds firm bananas
    375ml of double cream
Half a teaspoon powdered instant coffee
    1 dessertspoon caster sugar
    A little freshly ground coffee
You could sub an almond flour/flax based pastry I suppose, but the distinct taste of the dish comes from caramelising condensed milk, so unless you can get a 'sugarfree' version I think it might be too difficult. Maybe using toffee and banana flavoured sugarfree syrups would do the trick?

Of course if you want to use real bananas you would need to wait till you are at the correct OWL rung.

I have moved this post to the 'recipe request' forum to see if our foodies and chef members can help.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
