Alot of people call it Beer in the Butt chicken, but I didn't think beer would be legal, but not sure since it evaporates, I don't know how many carbs actually stay in the chicken, kwim? I need suggestions for what to put in the can and what to season the outside with. Thanks!

you can use any can to get the same moistness, why not try a diet coke can or a different 0 carb 0 sugar canned beverage i think any of them would work fine, or you can fill an empty can with chicken broth and garlic and other seasonings and then put that in the bird

COuld you put Broth in the can and season it with a rub. I've never had beer butt chicken but it sounds good.

yes you can do that, the can in the butt keeps the chicken really moist, and so its very versitile with what you can do with the recipe
