I fry it. I put some lime on it. It cuts the fishy taste, I think. Then again, I'm a fish lover Then I season it with whatever I want; normally Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb (no sodium), pepper, a little salt, and I throw in a little bit of onion to fry with the fish. I don't eat the onion, but it gives it a good flavor.

I fry it with a pat of butter, pour a little EVOO on top, and occasionally fry up a little onion and crushed garlic with it to give it flavor. I love tilapia because I don't find it too fishy.

I also like it with malt vinegar on the side. I'll be in heaven when I learn to make some tasty veg fries to go on the side of it...

        Enjoy it!

I just made tilapia for the first time, and it was -really- good!
I cooked it in a pan with some olive oil, and seasoned it with all purpose seasoning, salt and pepper, and thats all! the oil made the outside nice and crispy, and the inside was flaky and delicious. I'm not a big fish person but I LOVE this stuff.

talapia is a really tender and sweet fish, not fishy like most so I broil it with some rosmary, basil and thyme and leave it at that. It's one of the best tasting fish besides salmon in my opinion but I can hardly ever find it.

This is a take off from OUtback Steakhouse Talapia

Fry up the talapia in some butter , halfway through throw in some shrimp either raw or cooked . Then add some heavy whipping cream and some cajun seasoning . It is soooo good and legal for induction. Enjoy, Stephanie

Fish rubbed with tumeric, chili powder(adjust to your taste) and salt then fry. When cooked spray some lemon juice.

I have a really hard time eating fish but I have eaten Talapia a few times thanks to my sister. She just sprinkles a little salt and pepper and broils it. Then to dip it... you mix about 2 tbsp soy sauce with wasabi paste (to taste) and it is really good if you like the kick of wasabi. I have never enjoyed fish so much. Soy & wasabi are not listed. There are brands of soy sauce with no carbs, but the wasabi paste has 3 carbs per tbsp... however the most I have ever used is probably one half tsp. It is strong. But delicious!

It is nice seeing a picture where I actually have a neck!
