  • An atkins cracker?

I want cheese nips and I am on induction. Is there anyway to make an atkins version? As long as it tastes like cheese and crunches I'll be happy.

    Re: An atkins cracker?

Take one inch square cube of cheddar cheese, spray cooking spray on glass plate, place cheese in middle, micro 2-3 minutes (depends on micro) it will look funny while it's cooking, so leave it alone and let it do it's thing...try 2 min first...wait a minute after cooking, if it is gooy, cook it longer, if it is crisp, like a cheese crisp, you have a winner. If it is burned, cook the next one with less time...with practice, you'll get it right.

Oh gosh, thank you! I don't have a micro but I assume the broiler would work too.

Yes, people have cooked them in the oven, i just don't know how to do that, guess you'll have to test it out.
