Re: How do I cook this Salmon steak?
1 cup of mayo
1.5 tsp of Lee & Perkins Chicken Marinade
Grated parmesan cheese.
Mix it all up, spread it on top of the salmon and bake it at 350 on a broiler pan for about 25 minutes (depending on how big the salmon fillet is).
The heat changes the taste and texture of the mayo and it is easily one of my most favorite foods in the world!

Re: How do I cook this Salmon steak?
Yum, I have another Salmon steak Im gonna cook tomorrow night. I loved the last one. I put butter and old bay seasoning on it, wrapped it in foil and baked it. I read somewhere that if you put it on ur george foreman grill, all ur food thereafter will taste like same, so I havent tried doing that.MiniGoal 1-240
