  • Buffalo Wings!

Anyone have a recipe, I'm having a HUGE craving! THanks!
I'm on my way to looking good in a swimsuit during my senior cruise! Wahoo!

    Very easy!!
I bake my wings in the oven at about 375 for an hour (we like them crispy). Take 1/2 stick of unsalted butter, melt in pan. Add 5 or 6 tablespoons of hot sauce, a dash of pepper, and a half tablespoon of distilled white vinegar. Toss wings in sauce. I usually throw mine back in the oven for another 5 or 10 minutes on 400 so they crisp up nicely! YUM!

I make buffalo chicken legs for an entire meal, less work for more meat! They have boneless skinless chicken thighs in most stores here (Mostly due to our asian population) Which are great for even less messiness, but whole legs are downright cheap, cheap, cheap! Remember the blue cheese sprinkled on top!
I may be fat but you is ugly and I can lose weight.

I make buffalo tenders with pork rinds! They're delicious!
I just dip boneless chicken pieces in egg and cream to dilute.
Then, I dip in crushed pork rinds and make sure they're well coated.
Next i fry them in oil until lightly browned. Dip in a butter and hot sauce mix and leave it in this mixture for a couple of minutes and they're unbelievable!!

serve with bleu cheese dressing. Ken's steakhouse brand is da bomb and only 1 carb I believe.

        hope this helps!!

            A real recipe.

Buy a bottle of franks hot sauce and read the label on the back. No carbs and a genuine recipe for buffalo wings. Its just that sauce and butter melted over wings that are deep fried or pan fried without any breading.

The key to getting them resturant style is to shake them in a tupperware with the sauce to get it all over and add a bit of parmesean cheese to it.

the best hot wings sauce available is the hooters hot sauce, you can get it at wal-mart, target, kroger, etc. Its 0 carb and tastes soooooooo good.

eeee- I came looking for that flax cracker recipe but now I'm drooling for wing!!! Luckily, I bought chicken thighs yesterday (cheap and already boneless) so I can go indulge my craving.

                  Thanks!!

                      Frank's Hot Sauce

This is absolutely the best sauce for wings you can find! My grocer carries it by the barbeque sauces...and I have seen it with the Mexican food at some stores. You can buy it in HUGE containers at Smart n Final (not sure if that is a local chain to Sacramento or nationwide).

You only have cook the wings then melt butter in the sauce and sautee the wings on the stovetop. I bake the wings, then sautee them in the sauce for about 5-10 minutes. Some people boil them first (to get them loose off the bone) and grill them second (to crispy up the skin)...but that's just too much work for me.

A hint....you can tone the sauce down by adding more butter if it is too spicy. They have the original and extra spicy.

Here is their website for even more recipies.

                      yummmm
Admitting...on April 2010 I have been eating low carb for almost 7 years and the lowest I got to was 145. These last couple of years though I got lazy, and over the course of time, gained back up to almost 170. I am back on induction, a week into it now on 4/22/10, doing excellent and seeing results. Once again, my weight goal is 140.

I just don't have the heart to change the stats below, except I am NOW 46yrs.

If the sauce contains too much butter, the sauce becomes rather too rich, IMHO...if you don't like it hot, you might want to either buy some toned-down sauce, or use more filler like parm. cheese, etc.
