    I need a sauce recipe!!!!

    I have some yummy meatballs that I usually use a cream of mushroom based sauce but I do not know how induction friendly it is. Does anyone have a recipe that would be good with it?? I add curry to the sauce for extra yumminess!!!

      I think you could cook your own sauce: fry garlic, onion and the mushrooms. Then add some cognac and let the alcohol vaporate. Add some cream and .. voila! a tasty sauce. Just be careful with the amounts and count the carbs.
