    Ribs in crockpot ideas

    I would like to cook some ribs in my (new) crockpot but all the recipes I can find have bbq sauce with sugar in them.........I am trying to avoid sugar and my husband doesn't like bbq sauce. Does anyone have any other ribs in crockpot recipe suggestions?

    Also can I put them in the crockpot frozen? Thanks!

    I love my crockpot. I have some wings in it now. I will usually just cook them in a little bit(don't need much) of water or maybe some chicken stock. then when they are done splash them with a little hot sauce. I would not put anything in the crockpot frozen.

      OOhh pick me! Pick me! I found KC Masterpiece Low Calorie blend BBQ Sauce - from what I have read it is Low carb friendly and it was 2carbs per 2tbs (I think) - I put a whole bottle over my beef ribs in the crockpot and cooked it all day and it was AMAZING!
