Well I wouldn't say bad.... just not experienced. Anyway.. I always use pre made sauces and stuff like shake and bake so I have NO idea how to season chicken or beef to taste. Can anyone give me some suggestions on how much of what spices to use on some chicken breasts with the things that are allowed in the induction phase? If it were just me I'd be more willing to experiment but my poor husband shouldn't have to suffer!
