I love just hot wings with butter and tobasco sauce, but I also like butter and parmesan cheese. But bake wings on foil cause they stick to the pan and it takes a chisel to get it off.

I find a quick spray of Pam EVOO or regular olive oil to the foil or pan, makes cleanup easier if not using foil and helps keep the skin on the wings when you lift them up.
I like using Franks red hot sauce for wings since it seems to be thick enough to stick during cooking.
I also use franks red hot sauce on my wings try putting butter and a splash if lemon juice in the sauce makes them good also i posted on another recipe forum on how to make a great sauce that also tastes great on wings here it is
mayonaise about a cup ( you want a thick consistency)
Franks Red hot as much as you want but don;t make it runny
some Tobasco
and some red pepper(optional)
take a half cup soy sauce, half cup oil some garlic, ginger and green onions mix well in the blender add about 1/4 cup vinegar and soak your wings over night if you want to spice them up add some hot red pepper as well then bake or grill them until done
