Rhubarb

I joined the veggie challenge and while flipping through DANDR I found in the veggie list rhubarb. Since part of the challenge is to try one new veggie, I'm going to go with that.

Trouble is, how do you cook something you've never eaten before. I have no clue what it tastes like or what recipes it would be good in.

Can anyone help out?
