    Is there a easy induction recipe with brocolli or cauliflower?
    Restarting Atkins April 9th 2010
    46 year old male, 5'6"
    44 slacks and jeans
    54" stomach
    250 lbs

    I just bumped up a few recipes I posed on the recipe thread. Hope it helps. The cream of cauliflower recipe really resembles cream of potatoe and taste like it too. Enjoy!

        The cauliflower 'rice' on that site is particularly good. Very tasty, filling and rice-like.

            Last night I didn't know what to make - I cut up some chicken breasts and fried in some olive oil and garlic - mean time I steamed cauliflower and brocolli and then made an alfredo sauce - put the chicken and broc and caul in a cake pan, poured the sauce over the top - sprinkled some parm on it and put in the oven till bubbly. It was good.
