    Im new to cooking new things, and i was wondering how to make a omelet?
    Restarting Atkins April 9th 2010
    46 year old male, 5'6"
    44 slacks and jeans
    54" stomach
    250 lbs

    It's great to have a non-stick pan for omelets. First, get all ingrediants you need out and prep them. I like mushrooms, cooked bacon, and cheese. Put about a tsp of butter in pan. Melt on medium heat and then whip up 2-3 eggs up with a fork in bowl and pour into heated pan. Allow egg to cook for a couple minutes and with a spatula push eggs towards middle of pan allowing eggs to run to side. Cook for additional minute or so and turn eggs over. Then put your cheese, meat, veggies on half of the egg mixture and fold over and heat through. WALLA
