  • Custard or creme brullee?

    Anyone have a low carb recipe for either creme brullee would be great might convince hubby to join me on the diet when he sees me eating it
    To Be Healthly and Look good is all I ask for Out of life... I'll get both plus lots of energy and Still have fun!

    Deb, here's a link to a great custard that I've made many times. You can also replace the Splenda with DiVinci syrup to change flavors AND I'm thinking that you could use Brown Sugar Twin burned on top for the hard part of Creme Brulee.

        I found the recipe a bit thin I am gonna try both reducing the water and lenghtening the cooking time
