    I've been looking for a recipe.. and i've yet to find one for low carb gyoza. @_@

    heeeelp!
    When I was 18 I started out at 250+ pounds and embarked on the atkins diet..
    I'm back at 250 and am ready to go again and KEEP it off this time.

    those are kind of like the japanese version on peking ravioli, no? I make the meat filling, then dip them in egg and crushed pork rinds, flax seed, nuts or whatever mood i'm in, deep fry and dunk them in sauce I guess if you use products like carbquick, you could make a dough.





    290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

      I've been looking for carbquik and walmart doesn't have it =/ I went to the website once and placed my zipcode in annnnnd nothing worked =/ It's all good though. I'm betting one of our health stores has it.

        It's noce to be loved *G* Come to think of it, you could also use tofu skins.
