check out our cookbook at the bottom and there are tons of low carb cooking sights also. Just make sure you have your printed list of acceptables as then you can tell what is induction friendly.
I love taco salad without the tortilla, hard boiled eggs. Chicken breast cooked with mushrooms and peppers, omelets, quiches with out crusts, fritattas, Im making myself hungry.
