I got a great deal on canned pink salmon. My entire life, I have never done anything with canned salmon except for salmon cakes. I'm bored to tears with salmon cakes! Please give me some ideas/recipes what else I can do with this fish!! I find it tooooooo strong to eat like tuna salad.

sorry, not really, i eat canned salmon but only red, not to keen on the pink, and i just eat it on a bed of lettuce with some cucumber and tomato and red onion.
