Looking for potatoe substitutes that I can have with meals. Am so used to eating them and would like to have something to take its place for now.

look in the recipe section under veggies. We have faut tatoes, loaded potatoes and many more. You use cauliflower for potatoes in them. Turnips also for fries.by the book atkinseer

Faux Tatoes
Using for cauliflower for potatoes is excellent! My hubby has been missing his potatoes, so I tried the faux tatoes and he loved them! We had them with our grilled chicken for lunch the other day.
You'll definitely have to give them a try!
