    Crustless Quiche?

Anyone know of any good crustless quiche recipes, preferably something that doesn't call for too many ingredients?

    Thanks. : )

^Thanks for letting me know. I love quiche and had always avoided them when I used to do the low fat diet thing. I am glad that I can now make quiche a part of my diet.

I made the crustless spinach and ham quiche last night from the web site provided above and it was delicious.

          Thanks guys.
