    I am avoiding soy at the mo (yeast probs) but hopefully can try these in the future!

        Perhaps it could marinate in some other type of sauce! I am just addicted to my current way. I will one day tire and need something new!!!

            The only way I'll eat tofu (I'm with kate on this!!) is in hot and sour soup. Tofu, pak choi, chicken broth, sesame oil, vinegar and hot pepper flakes. A beaten egg or not starch to thicken. Sometimes some tree ears if I can find them.





            290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
