Soup?

Ok im trying to up my veggie intake as i seem to be eating less and less the higher up i get in the rungs!

Ive never been a big soup fan, in fact i cant remember when i last had soup, it must have been years and years ago! So im looking for good soup recipes please, the more veggies in the better!

I posted a recipe for what I call Cream of Anything Soup here which may help. It's very verstaile and very easy.
