Spinach & Ham Quiche recipe

I found a recipe on this site (I think) for quiche that uses a slice of deli ham on the bottom of a muffin tin cup and then a spinach/egg mixture. Now I can't find it. Can anyone help me?

I found this recipe-is it what you were looking for?
Spinach muffins:
6 pieces of thinly sliced deli meat of choice, each pressed into muffin tin
1 c frozen spinach cooked and then mixed with 2 eggs for filling
cheese cube on top of each one
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes - yum!

I made it today and it was quite tasty, but a little too spinachy for me! I might try making it with 3 eggs instead of 2 next time.....makes the math a little easier for me too....1 egg and 1/3 c. spinach for ea 2 muffins.
