    Daily Goals:
    No wasted carbs.
    Water intake .5 -1 gallon.

    I'm not sure how other people do it, but I just finely shred my cabbage (like I would do when I make coleslaw). Then I heat up a large pan, add about a 2 teaspoons of oil, then add the cabbage. I cook the cabbage long enough so the cabbage browns a bit (the browning makes the cabbage alittle sweeter). Take it off the heat, then add a little butter to it in order to give it a buttery taste.

      Don't tell my doctor who wants me to watch my sat fats, but I use bacon grease and bacon bits to fry my cabbage, but you know EVOO is just as good I think.
