Fried Cabbage...

I'm not sure how other people do it, but I just finely shred my cabbage (like I would do when I make coleslaw). Then I heat up a large pan, add about a 2 teaspoons of oil, then add the cabbage. I cook the cabbage long enough so the cabbage browns a bit (the browning makes the cabbage alittle sweeter). Take it off the heat, then add a little butter to it in order to give it a buttery taste.~Megs~
