    Scooter's Sausage

    Hi folks! I've seen this version mentioned so many times, but when I searched the recipes (main & side) for "scooter" or "sausage", I didn't seem to find this particular version.

    Does anyone have that thread/recipe saved in their favorites by chance?

      That's the stuff. It's FREAKING AWESOME!

      I made a slight change to the recipe. (I think it was actually Scooterjam who gave me the idea.)

      **omit the green onion
      **add 1 tbsp fennel seed

      I've made this into patties and fried it, and left it "bulk" and browned it. It's delicious either way.

          I'll have to try this recipe myself sometime. My husband LOVES sausage (far more than I do).
