      Oooh I like that one too! I'm thinking about compililing a bunch of these recipes and typeing them up on my computer and making my own low carb cookbook... (for my own personal use).

        I do that...the lazy way. I print off a recipe when I want to make it, and then if we like it, it goes into a 1/2 inch 3-ring binder that I keep in the kitchen. There are so many great low-carb recipes that I don't often make the same thing twice, so it's fun to go through the binder to remember something we had forever ago that we loved.

          Just a little FYI, photo albums make great recipe books. I have 3 photo albums that have slots for 3/5 or 4/7 pictures and instead i just use index card to fit the slots. Keeps the cards nice and you just slip it out when you want to use it. Its wonderful and easy. I also have a 3 inch notebook full of over 1000 low carb receipes i have printed off over the years.
