I can't eat anything spicy so I'm looking for a good induction-friendly non-spicy recipe that someone has for chicken wings that I can coat with and then bake in the oven.
Me too Lynn, I looked around a bit this morning and everything is either spicy or has way too many calories, hope someone has a good one we can use.

I use Frank's Red Hot sauce. There's a recipe on the back for hot wings. Only, I use about 1/2 to 2/3 less of the hot sauce than what they call for. I like things mild.
I'm at work right now so I can't give you the recipe on the back of the bottle. Sorry.
If you can't stand any spicy (Frank's has a great flavor, but its still going to be a little spicy), think about trying soy sauce, Sugar Twin brown sugar substitute and butter.
These are off the top of my head as something that should work but I haven't worked out the amounts. I can do two dozen wings with one stick of butter and one 6oz. bottle of hot sauce, so I would think the ratios should be somewhere in there. A stick of butter, 6oz of soy sauce and probably the equivalent to 1/4 cup of the Sugar Twin. Should make a nice Terryaki style sauce.
Don't want to use butter? Try olive oil instead, especially if you're coating the wings and then baking them instead of deep frying the wings and then coating them in the sauce.
BTW, as for calories, wings are high in calories no matter what sauce you use, though obviously the sauce can make them higher.
Oh, and use the above suggestions at your own risk. I make no claims as to the "tasteworthy" nature of these suggestions!
