I am looking for a few recipes for grape leaf wraps that don't have nuts. I was going to use the cauliflower for rice but I keep finding recipes with meat or nuts in them

Re: Sarma or Grape leaf Wraps
I just make a meatloaf filling and roll it into the grape leaves...see I've never like the dolmas that were purely rice and meat or rice and fruit filled.~Megs~

Re: Sarma or Grape leaf Wraps
I found the wraps at Safeway over by the olives and what not. I like the ones you get in restaurants, it seems like some sort of rice filling but it's tangy. I can substitute the rice for cauliflower but I don't know what kinds of spices they use. I am also interested in other types of fillings for both now and the future. We don't have a lot of greek restaurants so I've never tasted any of the other variations. The only recipes I am finding online are the pine nut and currant recipes. Bt I know historically lamb was really common *sighs* I'm still on rung one but I am starting to collect recipes for the other rungs as well. I guess I'm just looking for ideas.
BTW: cute chickens!
