    Sofra Spinach

    I had sauteed spinach from the restaurant Sofra. It makes me want to eat spinach every meal for the rest of my life! It was SO good!! Has anyone had it before and maybe knows how they do it? Or are there other good spinach recipes out there? Thanks!!
