Mock Danish Variations

Hello,

I know there is probably a million variations of the "Mock Danish" around on this BB. I would like to know what you favorite one is and why? If you wouldn't mind I would like a description of what the texture is and what the taste is like. I would just like to know which one I want to do based on the opinions of all you out there.
