Mini Cheesecake?

Does anyone have a mini cheesecake recipe? Something small and quick for one person. I don't want to make a whole cheesecake when I'll be the only one eating it. I bought mini torte pans from the store and if anyone can help I'd appreciate it!

Check out the desserts thread. The "best cheesecake ever" was really good. My wife made it last night. I guess you could cut the amounts to make it a smaller size. Good luck!!!
