    Sorry valleriek I didn't see your post. I use the jello dry usually strawberry flavour or lemon/lime. I saw a recipe for a similar sweet using Options chocolate drink but I didn't like it much plus there are more carbs in Options.

        crush up some macadamian nuts......add some whipped cream to that. it is not really allow3ed but it is a low card alternative

          Irish mom and Char ~ I have been doing the same thing with the mock danish. Depending on how sweet I want I add more splenda and cinnamon the other night I made a whip cream out of sweetend heavy cream and put it on top it helped the sweet cravings. yummy.

          Also check out sugarfreesheila.com website, she has alot of sweet treats that she makes, some easy and some a bit more difficult but they are induction friendly. She does have a few that are for later on after induction but they are clearly marked "not for induction"

          I have tried almost all of her sweet induction recipes they are all pretty good, I think I found one or two I did not care for.

            I also have tried taking some ricotta cheese and mixing in a packet or two of splenda. It really is good (tastes like canolli filling)
