  • Does anybody bake bread

    at home?

Should I use Whey protein and gluten wheat?

I´ve seen the whey protein isolate in the gym but it´s quite expensive and they sell it only in big cans. But reeeeaaaally BIG.
    I´ll buy it if it´s worth ...

You can often get whey powder at a health food store if you have one in the area - it doesn't have to be the one with the extra vitamins and stuff that the gym sells.

DO NOT BUT WHEY POWDER it is full of carbs you want whey protein powder for your recipes it costs more then whey powder but less the whey protein isolate. There are also if you can stand the taste ans aren't allergic soy protein powders and isolates too. Wheat protein powder is also availible. You can order the stuff online at http://www.store.honeyvillegrain.com/ and get a discount typing ADBB in the checkout code.

there are alot of recipes on the board ofr different breads I love Nullo Moundo's substitute ofr the OSOLO rollz recipe using flax. Megs like the revolution rolls using eggwhites

          ALL RIGHT!

But who talked about whey powder??? I said whey protein isolate and vital wheat gluten! As far as I know, the gluten is the protein of the wheat! and has less carbs! 50 grs has 6,89 ... that´d be a great breakfast in the future.

Thank´s a lot for the link but they don´t deliver in Spain so I´ll try to find it here.

I´ll look for whey protein powder or whey protein isolate.
          Thank you :hug
