Hey everyone, I was thinking of make some boneless buffaloe wings this weekend. I have the recipe to make atkins friend chicken fingers all I need now is an atkins friendly buffaloe sauce in which to coat chicken. Anyone have a recipe for Buffaloe Sauce for wings?

My favorite is the easiest... Frank's Hot Sauce and butter. It's the original buffalo sauce and best of all it's completely legal for us! -
