You can find some excellent crock pot recipes in the recipe database.

I love lamb shanks, turnips, celery and cabbage. The good old standby of corned beef and cabbage is also very nice. In fact that is what I am having for dinner right now.

You know most of the soups that I make I use my crockpot and most of your old favorite recipes can be converted to low carb.
What kind of recipes do you like, stews? soups?
