HELP!! In the 80's, I was on the Adkins diet and in my book was a recipe for bread. Two of the ingredients were egg whites and cottage cheese. When cooked the "rolls" looked alot like hamburger buns. I have gone thru the new books but I can not find it. Please help me!! Thank you.

Cottage cheese isn't allowed on induction any more so the recipe was pulled but you can fine it under that name Revolution Rolls and cream cheese was subbed for the cottage cheese
here is Megs post about them

The Atkins Revolution Rolls are Induction friendly---egg and cream cheese based. I use them for sandwich buns and "bagels" because I'm not on the grain rung of OWL yet.
Here's the link to the recipe. I don't add the Splenda because I don't think the recipe needs it. I do put in a pinch of onion powder. And if you try to make it, get a hold of cooking parchment paper. The rolls have a tendency to stick if you don't grease the pan thoroughly. The cooking parchment will help with that problem.

When you move onto OWL, you can substitute 3 tablespoons of ricotta cheese for the cream cheese----does a better job than the cottage cheese imo.
