Need an induction friendly chicken salad that is good.

I roast chicken breasts in the oven and then freeze them for later use in many different ways. For chicken salad I just cut the breasts into cubes or slices, add salt, pepper, celery seed, diced celery and regular mayo. Serve over shredded lettuce. Very nice and simple.
I used to make chicken salad in different ways using many different ingredients, but this one works well for induction and it is very satisfying. Enjoy! -

You can also use a little onion, a mixture of mayo and softened cream cheese and curry powder for some awesome curried chicken salad.People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
