  • I am tracking my fat, protein, and carb% on fit day..

    Today I went on to fitday and checked the calendar for all the days of menus since I have started Atkins...I have never hit the ratio 65%,30%protein 5% carbs...I always have the 5%carbs, but my fat intake is always 66% to 75% usually leaning towards the 70's..I have got to find a new way of planning my meals I am way to high in the fat content, maybe because I use olive oil to cook, eat my four ounces of cheese aday, and have salad dressing everyday.. Any suggestions maybe this is why it seems like I am always hungary and wanting to snack on something...Any help appreciated..

    Debi... I'm just the same as you. Every day my fat content is around 70% plus on fitday. I also use olive oil in salads...but a normal amount (or so it seems to me). I also don't exaggerate with fat in cooking. Just do it naturally. But... can't seem to get a lower percentage.

    Sorry... no help at all, I know... but just wanted to tell you, so you know you're not alone in wondering.
