creamed chipped beef

Is there any way to make creamed chipped beef? I have a ton of chipped dryed beef and would love to make some.

Try this for your sauce:

2 T of butter, melted in a sauce pan.
Whisk in 8 1/2 oz. of heavy cream.
Salt and pepper to taste (a little garlic wouldn't hurt either )
Bring to a simmer (not a rapid boil) and simmer till sufficiently reduced (this depends on your preference for the thickness of your sauce). Once reduced sufficiently, add your chopped meat and allow to heat through. Some green onion in this also would be good!
