Baking Mix

Hi,

I'm a purest and very concerned with what is in the food I'm eating and giving my family. I'd like to make my own low carb baking mix. Does anyone have a recipe for one? If not, I'll try and come up with one when I have time. I'm not used to using packaged mixes... Thank you for your help...
