  • Induction friendly cod & prawn recipes?

I've used the search function and found no recipes for either one.

Can anyone link me to a good place to find some or provide some of their own concoctions for my delectation?

    Gracias.

Click on the 'forums' link on the blue toolbar at the top of the page and scroll down to 'Atkins Food and Recipes'. I haven't checked for the ones you mention but if they aren't there, try Linda's Low Carb Recipes on the web. Hope this helps.

Hi, I've already done both of those things. Nothing there.

Grill or pan fry your cod, remove the bones first if you can.
Boil some cauliflower (within your allowance) then strain off most of the water. In with a good nob of butter, some heavy cream and grated cheddar cheese, and then puree the lot. Season to taste, then pour it over your cooked fish. Sprinkle some more cheese on top then brown it off under the grill ( is that what you guy's call a broiler )

ooops!......forgot about the prawn's. You could throw them on top of the cod before the sauce goes on, or maybe give them a little sizzle in the frying pan with some herb butter, parsley and lemon maybe, and have them along side your finished cod.
