I am still in Induction, and I was thinking of making oven roasted chicken tonight. For a side, I have some pumpkin puree and for some reason thought I saw a recipe somewhere with pumpkin puree topped in rosemary butter. I can't find anyone using that combination though. Does that sound crazy?

It's weird for me to think of pumpkin as anything but a dessert, but I know people make savory dishes with it too. What gave me the idea was a recipe I saw with lamb topped in rosemary butter and pumpkin puree on the side. not sure how it will do with chicken and not sure if the butter they added to the puree was also rosemary butter or regular.
