  • I bought a popsicle thingy!

You know, the one with the plastic sheath, and the plastic handle and lid that snaps on and they sit in the holder. It can make 4, and I'm wondering what to do with it! Any ideas?

I'm in OWL, so dairy and berries are fine. I was thinking yogurt and fruit blended together, but wouldn't that go icey instead of creamy? I was hoping for creamy.

Hmmm...you know I never tried making a yogurt pop before! You can make a panna cotta and flavor it with berries. That will freeze creamy. Also if you just whip cream and fold the mashed berries into it, it will freeze pretty creamy too.

Somewhere in my travels from several weeks back I read a delish looking recipe for making LC orange creamsicles. I can't recall where or find it, but I'll keep looking.

hard to keep dairy creamy and not brick hard with out those addatives.

but the yogurt will return to creamy if you let it sit out a bitbefore you eat it depending on how cramy the yogurt was before you mixed it and how hot it is.
