Radishes

I just bought a bag of these magenta yum nuggets and I'm wondering if ya'll have any favorite recipes for the little buggers!

I like radish slaw: sliver the radishes, mix with alittle mayo/sour cream and alittle slivered onion. Or I mix the slivered radishes with blanched snow peas (also slivered) and toss with olive oil and lemon juice.

I read in France they cut a slit into the root end of the radish, insert a sliver of butter and eat it dipped in a little coarse salt.

I cook 'em! Saute' in bacon grease til nearly soft then toss in a few onions and finish cooking. YUM!
