Hello i was just wondering. can i have gravy and if so what type and how do i make it. its just i can't eat christmas dinner. (gonna be mainly meat this year) without gravy. its tradition in the uk. Can anyone tell me how to make low carb gravy.

also im on extended induction. and i am having dinner at my cousins. i need to make desert. What can i make that is low carb that i can have for desert?
