  • Induction friendly cream sauce?

    I would love to have a cream sauce to put on chicken and such!

      The alfredo sauce is really good! My favorite is based on it. I mix 8-oz. cream cheese with 3/4 cup cream, gently heat, and whisk together. It's great on meats such as pork chops and chicken.

        When I fry pork or chicken on top of the stove, when it's done I make a gravy of sorts by adding some cream (I think next time I'm gonna add chicken stock too) and then letting it simmer until it's thick. It's not quite a cream sauce, but it's good.
